Political Scientist,Educator, Embodiment Guide, Community Caregiver, Flower Essences Practitioner, Facilitator & Clown.

Meet Aleksandra Kulesza
M.A. Social Science
I am a political scientist and academic by training. In the past, I have conducted research on civil society, crisis of democracy and published on the topic of direct democracy. Today, I am an educator, facilitator of social change projects and a clown who is merging the science of social justice, trauma and play with healing justice & liberation. In my praxis, I focus on practical application of political theory in daily life and I work towards a reorientation of our culture towards deep understanding and collective practice under the motto: “I am well if you are well, we are well if the earth is well”. I am reimagining community care to offer a possibility of reorienting our spaces towards connectedness through meaningful rituals of presence and social solidarity. I also aspire to be a poetic, humanist, philosopher clown in constant defence of the simple, ordinary and forgiving of our human flaws.

Clowning
How to use humor, playfulness, and creativity to provide emotional support, and joy to reenchant humans with life. It involves awareness, authentic presence, authenticity, embodiment and co-regulation. Performance skills are secondary but joy and taking pleasure in enjoying ridiculousness is encouraged.
Project Management
I have a record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. I bring a unique blend of leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to
every project.

Embodied Counsel
In our partnership, I provide you with skills, practices, and resources designed to help you navigate the ever-changing world we inhabit. This confidential process brings you back to yourself and also works with your subconscious mind, allowing you to exist as a joyful expression
of life in the present moment.

Reimagining Community Care
Developing, nurturing, and strengthening a relational culture and solidarity within our communities, organizations, and movements for justice and liberation is my passion. By creating liberatory tools, strategies, rituals, and resources, I aim to cultivate more pleasure and possibility. When we neglect the relational culture of our movements, we build them on a fragile foundation, risking the perpetuation of the very systems of oppression we seek to transform.

Flower Essences
Flower essences, also known as flower remedies, are a form of alternative therapy that involves using the essence or energy of specific flowers to address emotional, psychological, and spiritual imbalances in
individuals.
